At this point you are simply assembling your sushi hand roll. It won't look pro, but it'll be gone before you know it. Usually we place all the individual ingredients on our table and everyone assembles their own. Kinda like how you make tacos. The Cali roll mix is considered GOLD, so make plenty as it is sure to go first.
This is more family style sushi.
Salmon, and Cali rolls
Don't forget your soy sauce, wasabi and any other favorite condiments. You can add anything you'd like. We have used tempura or scallops inside the rolls too.
Ultimately it's all about friends and family getting together and having a great time. Hope this helps. Enjoy!!
